The ability to have a calm, creative and confident presence with the ball is a trained art. It is critical for a player to learn this composure at a young age in order to become a complete player as they develop. The Fundametal Level Program is constructed to let that inner player flourish.
Each week the players will focus on a different dynamic of 1v1 and small group play. We will go well beyond simply teaching a series of moves and practicing, but rather use specifically tailored exercises that will recreate directional pressure to train the players to anticipate and confidently problem solve under even the most strenuous of situations.
Unique to Composure Training, players will also be given weekly training regimens and ball control skills challenges that provide a continued structured opportunity designed to reinforce the previous week’s session and provide off season fitness, agility and injury prevention exercises.
Finally, utilizing the Dutch 4v4 small sided scramble, players will be challenged to incorporate learned techniques and new skills in an appropriately competitive and fast action game to complete each week’s session.
